![]() Once it is full, the player can activate the Ninpo and kill all onscreen enemies at once, restoring Ryu's life in the process. The amount of health gained depends on how many enemies were left when the Ninpo was cast. In the multiplayer modes (both co-op and competitive), there are other Ninpo available, such as the Art of the Piercing Void. This is to give players "a new visceral edge when battling and slicing through their enemy's flesh and bone." Plot The PlayStation 3 version of Ninja Gaiden 3 has an optional control scheme for the use of the PlayStation Move. The plot begins when Ryu is called upon by the Japanese Self-Defense Force to deal with a terrorist group led by the mysterious alchemist, the Regent of the Mask, who personally wanted the Dragon Ninja to come. Upon encountering the alchemist at the Prime Minister's residence in London, he curses Ryu's right arm with the Grip of Murder which thrives on all the lives Ryu has taken, causing the Dragon Sword to be absorbed into Ryu's arm. Later, Ryu and JSDF member Mizuki McCloud watch as the Regent demands the immediate surrender by the nations of the world in seven days, or face annihilation.Īfter the JDSF's ship Yunagi intercepts a signal coming from the Rub' al Khali desert, Ryu departs there with Mizuki and meets Ayane, who gives him the Tenshin clan's treasured Jinran-Maru sword at Hayate's request. Ryu makes his way to a tower in the desert, where he again encounters the Regent of the Mask, who reveals that the affliction of the Grip of Murder used the Dragon Sword as a medium for the curse, then broke its structure down and transmutated it into Ryu's arm, and reveals that without treatment, the curse will rot his arm from the inside out and spread throughout his body, killing him. But you can also dodge most of their attacks, charge UT and they're dead after the 2nd UT.After defeating am attack helicopter, Ryu returns to the Yunagi, where he meets Mizuki's daughter Canna and Cliff Higgins, Mizuki's brother-in-law. ![]() The flying skullguys can be easily killed by either going for the SoB as that is a free insta kill (glowing hand or Scythe -> dodge Y or with the insta-ut. Nonfiend Genshit can be ID'd, but it's still incredibly inconsistent, especially with Kasumi and her small range. Still beats fighting them "head-on".Īlma can be stun-looped if you hit her with a FS or Ninpo (Momijis is especially good for this) and then just keep hitting XYXX - rinse and repeat. Ryu-clones can be UT'd, you might get hit while charging in smaller arenas though. ![]() Leader 5 - 9 - 13 are almost freebies as you can UT-spam your way through it.Ħ and 8 are also fairly easy since Marbus and Dooku are both pushovers once the lackeys are gone. Regent, Alexei and Elizabitch are an absolute nightmare to deal with when you chip away 1-2% of their healthbar with each opening while they're spamming nonstop-bullshit while dodging/blocking most of your attacks. I would highly recommend avoiding M10 - 18 - 20 - 23 and 25, even if it means you have to beat 5 Leadertrials instead. ![]() Neither of them can nuke bosses in seconds and especially Alchemists and Vangelves (purple fucks who cover half your screen) are fucking annoying to deal with.Ī1-25 are freebies, but you'll be busy fighting boredom as they drag on for way too long The 50 trials with Kasumi/Momiji are an absolute nightmare. Day 8 is a pretty good level to farm Karma though and rather easy and quick. Ryu takes a little longer since True Inferno costs 600k and Lv3 weapons 400k each. You should have enough money to unlock the last skill for the girls around Day6. Scarab-glitch was fixed, but getting the Karma for the skills is the easiest part of this. Idk exactly how this tracks yet, but I unlocked every skill that can be purchased in chapter-challenge on normal. Should be a lot easier this time since you don't need to reach Lv99, 10 Betrayals and 5 UN.
